If you read the book and have found an error in the text, please contact us so that we can correct it in subsequent printings.

Note that during the layout phase of production, the layout artist moved some of the paragraphs to new locations, which created some non sequiturs, or discontinuity in the text. Luckily, it doesn’t bother most readers (most don’t even notice it). However if you are of the group who is confused by the layout, we apologize for the inconvenience, and wish we could correct the errors. (Our publishing contract does not give us the power correct the errors created by the layout). One of your fellow confused readers encourages you “But trudge on—it’s worth plowing through the layout to get to the content, and eventually you’ll get used to it.” The style of layout in the book is experimental, called by some people “alternative presentation.”
